Account details you give us (name, email, phone, workspace name), the data you put into your workspace, and basic usage and device information needed to run and secure the service.

When you submit a public request, we collect the contact details and request context you choose to provide. If you allow analytics, we record only registered page, call-to-action, and form-state identifiers, never form values, contact details, arbitrary clicks, or full URLs.

If you connect a channel like WhatsApp or Telegram, we process the messages needed to run your chatbot on your behalf.

To provide Ifa: build and run your workspace, power your chatbot, process payments, give support, and keep the service secure. We use aggregate, non-identifying metrics to improve the product.

Requested-response permission is used only to answer your request through each channel you explicitly select. Product updates are optional and unchecked by default. Analytics starts only after you choose Allow analytics for the current consent statement.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your workspace data to train public models.

Where required, we rely on performing our contract with you, your consent (which you can withdraw), our legitimate interests in running and improving the service, and compliance with legal obligations.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate Ifa (for example hosting, payments and messaging), under contracts that protect your data, and when required by law. We never sell it.

Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. Essential-only visitors do not send marketing-site analytics events. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page views on every page; it sets no cookies and cannot recognise you from one visit to the next.

We use access controls and service-owned data boundaries designed to limit access to the relevant workspace. We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. Contact us for current security details before sharing sensitive information.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time, and object to or restrict certain processing. You’re the controller of your customers’ data in your workspace; we act as your processor and help you respond to their requests.

Use Analytics choices in the footer to change your website analytics preference. You can withdraw requested-response or product-update consent by contacting us.

If we transfer data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
