Move customers, jobs, pets, vehicles, sessions and bookings into one workspace. Ifa reads the file, shows you the columns and the matches, checks the values, and writes nothing until you approve.
Reads CSV, TSV, JSON, JSONL, XLSX and XLS. XLSM files are read with their macros left inert.
What the import reads
One export at a time, from wherever the data lives today. Each file becomes a set of records you name.

Duplicates, empty values, dates in mixed formats and rows that match an existing record are shown, each with a decision to make.

Confirm the plan. Only then are the records written, and the import stays in the audit history.

What the import does not do
Said plainly, so the first day holds no surprises.
- No live synchronization. The import is a one-time move you can repeat; it does not keep two systems in step.
- Scanned documents and PDFs are not spreadsheets. They go through document extraction, which runs only when the extraction worker and its provider are configured.
- Photos and attachments come in through the files area and attach to records afterwards; they do not ride along inside a CSV.
- Future appointments are re-created by your team once working hours are set, so each one passes the availability check. Past appointments import as records with their dates.
- There is no paid migration service. Reminders and follow-ups are workflows you define after the import, not a switch. The import is part of the workspace.
Questions people ask before they move
- How do I migrate to another business system without losing customers?
- Export the customer list from the old system first, before anything is cancelled. Import it, review the duplicates and the empty fields the preview shows, and approve. Keep the old export as a file in the workspace until the first month is done.
- How do I import data into a CRM from a spreadsheet?
- Put one record type per tab, give every column a header, and keep dates in one format. Download as CSV or XLSX, upload it, and match each column to a field in the preview. Rows that look like an existing record are shown for you to merge or keep.
- Can Ifa import my bookings and appointments?
- Past appointments import as records with their dates, the customer and the service. Future ones are re-created after working hours are set, so every booking passes the availability check instead of arriving as a conflict.
- What happens to duplicates, bad dates and empty cells?
- They are listed before anything is written. Each duplicate gets a merge or keep decision, dates in mixed formats are shown with the reading Ifa proposes, and empty cells stay empty rather than being invented.
- Does the import cost extra?
- No. It is part of the workspace, not a separate service. You preview the workspace before you pay for it, and the import works the same way: see the plan, then approve it.
